1/3 c granulated sugar
1 Tbs. cornstarch
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk until the cornstarch is dissolved.
2. Place the mixture into a heavy bottomed saucepan and stir over medium heat until thickened and translucent. Cover and chill.
Slice the Haupia into small 1x1 inch triangles or squares, place a few tablespoons of Lilikoi sauce on a plate and place two to three triangles or squares on top of the Lilikoi sauce. Sprinkle with the toasted coconut and garnish with strawberry slices, or a brightly colored edible flower and serve!
