foodandwine120Beginning next week, Henry Stark's 'Food and Wine' column will be a weekly feature in the Lansing Star.  The column will appear in this space every week.  

Stark as written day trip articles, food and travel columns, feature articles, and restaurant reviews in the Ithaca area for over a decade. He has contributed food and wine related articles to the Ithaca College alumni magazine, Goodlife Magazine and serves as a columnist for CNY Connected, central NY's public broadcasting station.

Stark facilitates a food and wine discussion group at Lifelong, the Tompkins’ County senior center, served as a food and wine expert on a recent panel for WSKG, Binghamton’s public radio station and serves as a judge for chili contests in Ithaca and Hector.  He was a columnist and reviewer for the Ithaca Journal and Ithaca Times for many years.  He served as Food Committee Chairman at the Kendal retirement community and has been making his own wine for many years.

The Star is pleased to welcome Stark to our family of contributors.  Watch this space for restaurant reviews, food pieces, and articles on wines and wineries.
