Marine Corporal Christopher Bordoni age 21, was severely injured in an attack involving a suicide bomber. He was serving in Afghanistan's southern Helmand province at the time. A suicide bomber on a motorcycle entered the area and many were killed or injured. He was sent to a hospital in Germany, and was transferred to the San Antonio Military Medical Center, where he is now undergoing treatments. | Donations can be sent to:Tompkins Trust Company c/o USMC CPL. Chris joined the Marines after high school and was deployed to Afghanistan for a second time in April 2011. After completing his second mission he would have been eligible for reserves in only a few short months. Chris and the family could use your support, it will be a long road in recovery for Chris.
The Tompkins Trust Company has established a fund to collect donations to support Chris Bordoni and his wife, Jessica.
