Gimme! Coffee announced this month that Julia Dillard has joined the specialty coffee company as Director of Wholesale Operations. In her role, Dillard will design and maximize efficiencies in business process to enhance client fulfillment for a full-range of Gimme! Coffee wholesale clients.

"I'm excited to be apart of such a dynamic and innovative crew here at Gimme! Coffee," said Dillard. "I'm eager to apply my experience, ideas, and energy to the specialty coffee industry and help maximize client satisfaction and overall growth of Gimme! Coffee wholesale."

Gimme! Coffee’s wholesale division provides speciality coffee, equipment, training, and ongoing brand support to clients ranging from espresso bars to restaurants, as well as small to mid-sized businesses nationwide.

Before becoming Director of Wholesale Operations, Julia served as Service Manager at Brightworks Computer Consulting in Ithaca, where she provided direction and oversight for the administrative and client services team. Dillard brings to Gimme over seven years of customer service and relationship management experience.

When not tweaking process or connecting clients with resources, Dillard spends her time either in the kitchen discovering and mastering new recipes, or running the many trails around the Finger Lakes region of New York.
