The Board of Directors of Tompkins Trust Company announced the promotion of Douglas M. Brown to Vice President.
Frank Fetsko, CFO, said that Doug brings a wealth of skill and experience to the accounting team and this promotion recognizes the leadership role he plays in the department and the Company.
Brown has been with the Trust Company since 1988. His promotion to Vice President furthers his ability to manage the financial controls of the bank. He is an Ithaca College graduate with a bachelor of science degree. Since joining the Trust Company, he has served in a variety of roles, primarily within the accounting department.
Brown is the President of the Dryden Kiwanis Club and a member of the Village of Dryden Planning Board. He resides in Dryden with his wife, Penny.
