The East Shore Arts Council continues its Concerts in the Courtroom series with Pat Burke and Lora Pendleton with an afternoon of blues in the Lansing Town Hall on Sunday, November 1st at 3pm.Lora Pendleton is a singer-songwriter and guitar player residing in Trumansburg, NY. Lora's songwriting is influenced by her love of old time country, folk, and folk rock creating a salad of sound that intrigues a wide variety of listeners.
Pat Burke sings and plays old time country blues guitar. Best known as the guitarist for The Evil City String Band from Ithaca, NY, Pat's solo work specializes in finger picking acoustic blues styles and bottle neck slide guitar.
With Pat on guitar and Lora's experience as an upright bass player, the pair create an old-time blues and country infused variety of music, with a hint of rock 'n' roll sure to be a crowd pleaser.
