Image15 artists at 13 studios from the Greater Ithaca Art Trail will open their studios to visitors on the weekend of November 29 & November 30, 11am to 5pm each day for a free event.

Usually, the Art Trail has only two Open Studio weekends in October when all 49 studios open simultaneously.  This is the first special weekend where a portion of the studios will be open simultaneously.

"This is a wonderful opportunity for both the artists and the public," Community Arts Partnership Program Director Robin Schwartz.  "The artists hope that folks will come holiday shopping for original, fine art.   The public gets a chance to see studios they haven’t yet had the opportunity to visit on the previous October Open Studio weekends.  Since this is the weekend after Thanksgiving, it is a great time to bring visitors and family around to local artists’ studios."
