I was born and raised in the Town of Lansing and I am going to vote for Gay Nicholson to have a seat on the Lansing Town Board.  Gay is a 34 year resident of Ludlowville and has been a long time leader in that community as well as the regional and county level.  She has a strong interest in building a more sustainable community and the professional background to make it happen.  I consider Gay a “doer”, someone who gets things done in a bi-partisan way.  In today’s world of highly increased partisanship, even at our Town Board level, I consider this trait a valuable attribute.

She is an intelligent, articulate, personable and collaborative individual.  I urge the residents of Lansing to elect her to the Town Board.
