Thank you for publishing the ruling on the Willet Dairy lawssuit in your article regarding the proposed manure pipeline. Willet Dairy has been given a lot of bad press, mainly because of their size.

I do know that if there has been any question of water contamination the Dairy has installed water purification systems in homes affected at their cost. They are governed very strictly by New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and are good steward of their land. There are also plans in place for them with local Soil and Conservation Boards. A lot of times there is misinformation out there that tends to give individuals a bad rap.
