On Thursday, April 2nd, Lansing opened up the 2009 golf season with a victory over Union Springs at Indian Head golf course.  Jess Esposito led the way for the bobcats with scintillating round of 4 under par (32), while brother Craig shot a one under 35.  Austin Moore and Conor Stanhope also had decent rounds of 43.  Team totals for the match were:  Lansing 200, Union Springs 215.

On Monday, April 6th, the golf team traveled to a soggy Watkins Glen golf course.  Craig Esposito led the way with an even round of 36.  His round was highlighted by an eagle on the par 5 fourth hole.  Senior Jess Esposito shot a 2 over (38), while Austin Moore and Conor Stanhope shot a 42 and 43 respectively.  The team takes on Newark Valley and Dryden in a dual-match on April 9th at Cornell.
