The wrestling started the season off last week with a hard fought loss to Newark Valley, 39-29 on Wednesday night. Outstanding performances were turned in by Corey Dake, Joe Jimenez, Sean Eastman, John Glennon, Colden Knapp, and Ryan Todd. William Koll recieved a forfiet at 103, and Jacob Palladino won an Exhibition match (his first).Lansing then participated in the 47th annual Clyde Cole tournamentlast weekend. The team wrestled very well finishing up in fifth place as a team. Jon Glennon and Ryan Todd each won their respective weight classes. William Koll and Corey Dake both placed second. Corey lost a rematch of last years State Consolation final for third to LaSalle Institute's Brendan Goldup 2-1. Rounding out the medals for the Bobcats were Jacob Palladino 6th at 103, Joe Jimenez 5th at 125, and Andrew Morse 5th at 152.
