Lansing Varsity bowlers' cross-over match with Groton on Tuesday 12-8-09 had some very interesting results. The lane conditions were not to the liking of either team as the high bowler was Groton's Greg Churchill with a 518 series followed by Lansing's Matt Tucci's 517. It was a close battle that came right down to some of the last bowlers to score as Lansing took three out of the four points, as total wood was in Lansing's favor 2446 to 2400.

On the girls side it was much of the same  as Crissy Cornell of Groton rolled the best score a 444 to Lansing's Ashley Fleming's 427. Here total wood worked out in Groton's favor 1884 to 1835. Lansing's next match will be next week as they travel to both END & Waverly.
