"She has speed, technical skill with the aggression and style to be a pure goal scorer," says Houghton Soccer Coach Dave Lewis. "She fits the character and quality of our student athletes at Houghton, a Christian base that fits our team mission."

Parents Dwight and Donna say that Hornibrook's dream has been to play soccer at Houghton College, where they worked and lived for nine years. The college is in Houghton, New York. To date the Highlanders have scored 9-4-2 for the overall season.
"I grew up there and it's a Christian college," says Hornibrook. "It has a great soccer program. Coach Lewis is wonderful. It is like going home!"
