It seemed like everything was happening last Saturday!  Despite the rain and cold, the Town square was hopping with activity.

Downstairs in Lansing Community Center the Lansing Lions held their annual rummage sale.  At the same time Cargill was holding a yard sale at the Central Fire Station at which they raised $1,111 for the Red Cross.

The United Way honored food pantries from all over Tompkins County at a luncheon at the Ramada.  Mary Searles recieved a certificate of Appreciation for the Lansing Food Pantry, which had nearly ten pantry workers present.
